If you've been wanting to try a yoga class, this is the perfect opportunity! Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga which incorporates the breath with synchronized movement, allowing the breath to move the body. This series of breath-synchronized movements builds internal heat leading to purification of the body and aids in the elimination of toxins and waste from the body. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes the body. Metaphysically, mentally, and emotionally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockages of energy flow throughout the body. Vinyasa Flow can improve flexibility and strength. A stronger body, balanced mind, inner focus, mental clarity, and energetic balance are all happy side effects of a regular yoga practice.
Bring a yoga mat and any yoga props you have. Space is limited, so you must register to attend.
