While kale and spinach often steal the limelight, don't overlook Swiss Chard--another dark green leafy green that is not only delicious but super nutritious too!

A scientific study done by the Journal for Preventing Chronic Disease (2014), ranked powerhouse fruits and vegetables based on nutrient density.

Chard ranked 3rd—behind only watercress and Chinese cabbage.  Collard greens came in at #10 and kale at #15.   http://www.cdc.gov/pcd/issues/2014/13_0390.htm   Now, that's a good reason to figure out a way to get this green into your recipe rotation!
