Fall for Yoga at Choices!
As we transition into shorter days, chillier nights, and a different landscape, it’s a gentle reminder that everything is fleeting, nothing lasts forever, and everything has a season. Join Keri for our last outdoor practice of the year as we allow this too to fall away; letting go of our cherished Summer evenings, and welcoming a new season.
In this practice, perhaps you’ll feel inspired to make a commitment to let something fall away - awakening a new season for you.
Suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners.
The fee of $10 will be collected at the beginning of class.
Bring a yoga mat and any yoga props you may have. Space is limited so you must register to attend.
